App "Tip Ledger" — last updated 1 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the "Tip Ledger" app, published by Aissa Aissaoui (Vivaxi Labs). By installing the app, you accept them.
The app helps you log your tips and working hours, and estimates the two federal deductions introduced for tax years 2025 to 2028 ("No Tax on Tips" and "No Tax on Overtime") from the figures you enter. It produces a year-end summary and a monthly tip report you can share with your tax preparer or your employer.
It is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. The amounts shown are estimates based on your own entries and on the rules published by the IRS and the U.S. Treasury at the date above: they may change, and they do not take into account every situation (eligibility of your occupation, state rules, other income, your employer's reporting). The amounts reported by your employer on your Form W-2 and the forms you file prevail. Consult a qualified tax professional before filing. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the IRS or any government agency.
Your shifts, hours and rates are stored on your device only. Backing them up is your responsibility: use the full backup (Hours → Export) or the PDF/CSV export regularly. Uninstalling the app permanently erases the data. See the privacy policy.
Tip and hour logging, the live deduction estimates, the calendar and CSV export are free and unlimited. The free version shows advertising and applies a quota to some features, including PDF exports and the year-end summary, which can be unlocked by watching an optional video.
Pro comes in three options: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription preceded by a one-week free trial, and a one-time "lifetime" purchase that permanently unlocks every feature with no subscription. Prices shown in the app are those of your App Store or Google Play account.
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as banners, interstitials, ads when returning from the background, and optional videos that unlock a feature. Videos are never forced: you choose to watch them.
Shift reminders are a convenience. They depend on your phone's settings and may not be delivered (battery saver, notifications off). Do not rely on them alone for an important shift.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss, financial loss, a dispute with an employer, a missed shift or a mis-estimated amount resulting from use of the app, a lack of backup or unavailability. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
The app, its code and its content remain the property of the publisher. Your data belongs to you.
These terms are governed by French law.
